Documentary basis, verification limits and legal analytical purpose

This report was prepared at the express request of Ismail Rustam. It records a technical and legal-documentary discrepancy identified during ChatGPT-assisted review of Gmail search results and user-provided video/screenshot evidence. It is intended as an organised evidence report, not as a final judicial or forensic determination.

The report distinguishes between: (a) information directly observed through the Gmail connector during this ChatGPT session; (b) information visible in user-provided video/screenshot evidence; (c) the applicant's witness explanation; and (d) matters requiring independent technical verification by Google, Apple/iCloud, recipient institutions or a qualified digital-forensics examiner.

Key limitation: ChatGPT did not perform a full forensic audit of Google server logs, iCloud server logs, device system logs, mail-client databases, or recipient-side mail servers. The finding is a documented non-visibility / non-retrieval finding from the available Gmail search plus corroborating recipient-side traces.

1. Executive Summary

This Report No. 07 examines a specific technical-legal anomaly concerning an urgent international human-rights submission of 13 June 2026. The applicant states that a long e-mail was sent early that morning, around 07:04-07:07 CEST, with the subject:

“URGENT EVIDENCE-BASED SUBMISSION: International Protection Request and AI-Assisted Legal Reports on Alleged Long-Term Human-Rights Violations in Germany - Ismail Rustam.”

The applicant later reported that this original long sent e-mail could not be located in Gmail Sent / sent records, although later correction e-mails were visible and although recipient-side replies existed. ChatGPT was asked to search Gmail for the original long message and to determine whether it was visible as a sent e-mail.

ChatGPT searched Gmail for exact and near-exact phrases from the subject and body. The search returned no separate sent item corresponding to the original long e-mail. ChatGPT then searched Gmail Sent for 12-13 June 2026 and observed two later visible sent correction e-mails at 08:48 and 08:52 on 13 June 2026, both with the subject “Correction: Report No. 008 - Revised Strengthened Edition Attached.”

The later correction e-mails are legally significant because they refer to a previous e-mail. They therefore support the existence of an earlier submission, even though the earlier original long e-mail was not found as a separate Gmail Sent item during the ChatGPT-assisted review.

User-provided video and screenshots show recipient-side replies dated 13.06.26, especially a Joint Committee on Human Rights automatic reply whose subject reproduces the original long subject. The same visual evidence also shows replies from Amnesty International, Vincent Becker, and “letters Internet Drop...” as well as the applicant's long submission text. This creates a material discrepancy: recipient-side evidence indicates that the original long e-mail existed and reached at least one external recipient system, while the corresponding sender-side Gmail Sent record was not visible/retrieved through the Gmail search available to ChatGPT.

1.1 Principal Findings

The original long e-mail submission of 13 June 2026 was not found by ChatGPT as a separate Gmail Sent item using key subject/body phrases.

Two later correction e-mails were found in Gmail Sent at 08:48 and 08:52 on 13 June 2026.

The visible correction e-mails refer to a previous e-mail, supporting the existence of an earlier original submission.

The user-provided video/screenshots show recipient-side replies dated 13.06.26, including the Joint Committee on Human Rights automatic reply reproducing the original long subject line.

The original long submission included serious international-law references, including Genocide Convention Article II(c).

The discrepancy requires preservation and independent technical examination, including full e-mail headers, Gmail/iCloud logs, device logs and recipient-side records.

2. Mandate, Scope and Analytical Method

The applicant requested a formal numbered legal analysis report, specifically numbered No. 07 rather than 007, because a separate legal analysis already uses the “06-00-07” numbering. This report is therefore titled “CHATGPT TECHNICAL-LEGAL EVIDENCE REPORT No. 07.”

The scope is limited to the e-mail anomaly surrounding the original long submission of 13 June 2026 and the later visible correction e-mails. The report does not decide criminal responsibility, intent, state responsibility or the cause of the non-visibility. Its purpose is to record the documentary discrepancy and identify the evidence requiring preservation and investigation.

4. Gmail Search Results Observed by ChatGPT

ChatGPT searched Gmail using the following subject/body phrases from the original long submission:

“URGENT EVIDENCE-BASED SUBMISSION”

“International Protection Request and AI-Assisted Legal Reports”

“Alleged Long-Term Human-Rights Violations in Germany”

“URGENT APPEAL AND SUBMISSION OF AI-ASSISTED LEGAL-DOCUMENTARY REPORTS”

The search covered the relevant period around 12-13 June 2026. It returned no separate Gmail e-mail corresponding to the original long submission.

4.1 Gmail Sent items found

Time / Date

Subject

Recipients / significance

13.06.2026 - 08:48 CEST

Correction: Report No. 008 - Revised Strengthened Edition Attached

Visible in Gmail Sent; sent to a broad recipient list including UN/OHCHR-related addresses, international courts or institutions, parliaments, media, Amnesty/HRW/ECCHR, AIDS/HIV-related organisations and state/diplomatic/media contacts.

13.06.2026 - 08:52 CEST

Correction: Report No. 008 - Revised Strengthened Edition Attached

Visible in Gmail Sent; also sent to a broad recipient list. This second correction mailing appears to cover additional or partly overlapping recipients.

13.06.2026 / 12.06.2026 self/archive copies

Plain text copy / Report No. 008-related self copies

Visible as self/archive records, but not equivalent to the original broad international submission.

The original long e-mail was not found as a separate Gmail Sent record. This is the core sender-side non-visibility finding.

4.2 Significance of the correction e-mails

The visible correction e-mails are themselves important evidence because they were not standalone first submissions. Their wording refers to a previous e-mail. In ordinary documentary logic, a correction e-mail sent at 08:48 and 08:52 on 13 June 2026 implies that an earlier message had been sent before the correction.

Therefore, even within Gmail, the correction e-mails support the applicant's chronology that an earlier original submission existed. The anomaly is that the earlier original sent item itself was not found in Gmail.

5. Recipient-Side Evidence Visible in Video/Screenshots

The applicant provided video and screenshots showing the Mail/iCloud message sequence. ChatGPT extracted visual frames from the uploaded video and observed the visible evidence described below.

Visible item

Visible content / significance

Status

Joint Committee on Human Rights

Automatic reply dated 13.06.26. The subject reproduces the original long subject: “URGENT EVIDENCE-BASED SUBMISSION: International Protection Request and AI-Assisted Legal Reports on Alleged Long-Term Human-Rights Violations in Germany - Ismail Rustam.”

Strong recipient-side trace that the original long message entered at least this recipient's e-mail system.

Amnesty International

Visible entry dated 13.06.26 with “Automatische Rückantwort / automatic reply...”

Recipient-side automatic reply trace; full header required.

Vincent Becker

Visible entry dated 13.06.26 beginning “Thanks for your message. I am curr...”

Recipient-side reply trace; full header required.

letters Internet Drop...

Visible entry dated 13.06.26 beginning “Greetings! Thank you so much for...”

Recipient-side reply/acknowledgment trace; full header required.

Applicant's long submission text

The video shows the text beginning “URGENT APPEAL AND SUBMISSION OF AI-ASSISTED LEGAL-DOCUMENTARY REPORTS.”

Shows the long submission text in the same evidence sequence.

The Joint Committee on Human Rights automatic reply is especially important because it reproduces the original long subject line. A recipient automatic reply normally uses the subject of the incoming message. This supports the conclusion that an e-mail with that subject reached the recipient's system.

6. The Original Long Submission and Its Legal Content

The original long submission was not merely a routine private message. It was framed as an urgent appeal and submission of AI-assisted legal-documentary reports. It requested international review of alleged long-term human-rights violations and referred to the applicant's evidence archive, legal reports, court files, medical files and other materials.

6.1 International legal provisions expressly invoked

Rome Statute Article 7(1)(b) and Article 7(2)(b) - extermination through intentional infliction of conditions of life calculated to destroy part of a civilian population, including deprivation of access to medicine, social survival, shelter and essential means of life.

Rome Statute Article 7(1)(k) - other inhumane acts intentionally causing great suffering or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health.

Genocide Convention Article II(c) - deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about physical destruction, if the required protected-group intent can be established.

ICCPR Articles 6, 7, 9, 14, 17 and 26.

UN Convention against Torture.

CRPD, especially where disability, medical abandonment and denial of equal protection are involved.

ECHR Articles 2, 3, 6, 8, 13 and 14.

The inclusion of Genocide Convention Article II(c) and other serious international-law provisions heightens the evidentiary importance of preserving the original e-mail, its headers, its routing data, its recipient list and any system logs concerning its transmission, deletion, archiving, filtering or non-visibility.

7. Legal and Technical Assessment

7.1 What can be stated as documented at this stage

ChatGPT did not find the original long e-mail as a separate sent item in Gmail when searching by key phrases and date range.

ChatGPT did find the later correction e-mails at 08:48 and 08:52 on 13 June 2026.

The correction e-mails refer to a prior e-mail and therefore support the applicant's claim that an earlier submission existed.

User-provided video/screenshots show recipient-side replies dated 13.06.26, especially the Joint Committee on Human Rights automatic reply reproducing the original long subject.

The video/screenshots also show Amnesty International, Vincent Becker and “letters Internet Drop...” replies in the same sequence.

The long submission text itself is visible in the video/screenshot evidence and is reproduced in Appendix A.

7.2 What cannot be finally determined without forensic review

Whether the original sent item was deleted manually, removed automatically, archived in a location not searched, hidden by synchronization problems, affected by a mail-client issue, filtered, corrupted, or impacted by another technical cause.

Whether Gmail server-side logs still contain the original Message-ID, SMTP transaction records, delivery attempts, deletion logs or IMAP/Apple Mail client actions.

Whether iCloud Mail or Apple Mail retained a local copy, cached copy, header, sent item, draft, all-mail record, trash record or synced deletion history.

Whether recipient institutions can produce the full incoming e-mail with headers and attachments from their mail systems.

Whether any external interference occurred. That question requires independent forensic analysis and cannot be conclusively determined from the present material alone.

7.3 Legal relevance of non-visibility

The non-visibility of the original sent item is legally relevant because the message concerned urgent protection, alleged grave human-rights violations, and preservation of evidence. If recipient-side replies confirm that such a message reached external systems, but the sender-side sent record is absent/non-visible, the discrepancy itself becomes evidence requiring preservation and investigation.

The matter is not resolved by the existence of later correction e-mails. Those e-mails strengthen the chronology but do not replace the missing original long e-mail, because the original may have contained the full introductory appeal, legal framing, recipient list, attached report package and preservation requests.

8. Evidence Matrix

9. Required Preservation and Investigation Steps

Export the full Gmail mailbox through Google Takeout, including All Mail, Sent, Trash, Spam, drafts and metadata where available.

Request from Google any available account security logs, sent-mail logs, deletion logs, IMAP/SMTP access logs, connected-app access records and device sessions for 12-13 June 2026.

Search Gmail and exported MBOX files for the original subject, for the Message-ID of replies, and for body phrases from Appendix A.

Preserve the full Apple/iCloud Mail mailbox, including Sent, Inbox, Archive, Trash, Junk and locally cached Apple Mail data if available.

Preserve the video file IMG_0207.mp4, all screenshots and their original metadata without editing or compression.

Obtain full headers from the Joint Committee on Human Rights automatic reply, Amnesty International automatic reply, Vincent Becker reply, “letters Internet Drop...” reply and all Mail Delivery System messages.

Ask recipient institutions to preserve and, where lawful, provide their incoming-mail records for the original submission with full headers and attachments.

Preserve the two visible Gmail correction e-mails at 08:48 and 08:52 with full headers, body text, attachment list and recipient lists.

Conduct an independent forensic examination of the Gmail/iCloud discrepancy, including whether the original sent item was deleted, hidden, never synchronized, moved, filtered, corrupted or otherwise rendered non-visible.

10. Conclusions and Findings

The following conclusions are made as technical-legal evidence findings, not as final forensic or judicial determinations:

The original long e-mail submission of 13 June 2026, around 07:04-07:07 CEST, was not found by ChatGPT as a separate sent e-mail in Gmail using key subject/body searches.

The later correction e-mails at 08:48 and 08:52 on 13 June 2026 were found in Gmail Sent and were sent to broad recipient lists.

The later correction e-mails support the existence of an earlier original submission because they refer to a previous e-mail.

Recipient-side evidence visible in the applicant's video/screenshots, especially the Joint Committee on Human Rights automatic reply, reproduces the original long subject and indicates that the original e-mail reached at least one external recipient system.

The original submission contained serious legal allegations and expressly invoked, among other provisions, Genocide Convention Article II(c).

The discrepancy between recipient-side evidence of receipt and sender-side Gmail non-visibility is material and requires independent technical investigation and evidence preservation.

Accordingly, the central record for this report is: the original long international protection submission appears to have generated external replies, while its own Gmail Sent record was not found during the ChatGPT-assisted Gmail review. This discrepancy should not be dismissed as ordinary confusion without examining the relevant server-side, client-side and recipient-side evidence.

URGENT APPEAL AND SUBMISSION OF AI-ASSISTED LEGAL-DOCUMENTARY REPORTS

To:

The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights;

United Nations human rights mechanisms, including mechanisms concerning torture, arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance, disability rights and the right to life;

International and regional human-rights organisations;

European human-rights institutions and organisations;

Parliaments, embassies, diplomatic missions and competent state authorities worldwide;

International media organisations, journalists and public-interest investigators;

All institutions, organisations and persons who may receive, read, preserve or forward this material.

I, Ismail Rustam / Rustem Ismail, respectfully submit the attached AI-assisted legal-documentary analyses prepared with the support of ChatGPT/OpenAI, including Legal Analysis Reports No. 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007 and 008, as well as the related supporting reports 01, 02, 03, 04 and 05 connected to Report No. 007/008 and the wider evidentiary chain.

Together with these reports, I also submit the PDF containing the 2003 urgent application filed by Rechtsanwalt Muharrem Aras from the Bümlein Rechtsanwaltskanzlei before the Verwaltungsgericht Berlin, 32nd Chamber, case number VG 32 A 599.03. The application, dated 23 October 2003, sought interim relief under §123 VwGO, benefits under §3 AsylbLG, and Prozesskostenhilfe. It was filed after I had suffered a heart attack, undergone heart surgery, and been discharged from hospital, at a time when my health, survival, social protection and access to court had become urgent and life-threatening issues. This document is therefore important evidence that the authorities and the court were formally informed in 2003 that my situation was not an ordinary social-benefit dispute, but a severe medical, survival and access-to-justice emergency. Nevertheless, the application was ultimately not granted, and effective protection and assistance were again refused.

These reports are not the full evidence archive. They represent only one structured part of a much larger body of documents, court records, medical records, police/prosecutorial materials, witness evidence, media evidence, correspondence, video materials, television reports and other files.

I also refer to my documentation archive at www.rustamazeri.com. However, I expressly state that only a small part of my total archive - approximately 10-15% - has been placed there so far. The remaining material includes thousands of documents, videos, media materials, court files, correspondence and other evidence. I have repeatedly faced obstacles, technical disruptions, internet blockages, communication problems and other barriers when trying to upload, organise or send these materials to international organisations. Therefore, no conclusion should be drawn from the website alone as if it represented the complete evidence archive.

I request that my case be examined not merely as isolated administrative errors, but as a long-term destruction of life. My allegation is that my health, family life, work capacity, dignity, legal personality, access to justice, medical protection, social survival and normal human existence were forcibly taken from me through detention, violence, denial of medical and social protection, court decisions, procedural obstruction, forced psychiatric measures, legal guardianship mechanisms, communications blocking, financial pressure, and later street attacks followed by failure to protect and release/non-location of perpetrators.

A central part of my allegation is that the destruction of my health and body is not a natural result of ordinary ageing. After the German court officially corrected its own wrongful criminal judgment in 2005, I had already been officially recognised as severely disabled with an 80% disability degree and complete loss of working capacity. In 2013, this was increased to 100%. I state that my internal organs and bodily systems were progressively damaged through the consequences of detention, denial of medical care, social exclusion, court decisions and institutional obstruction. I suffer from severe chronic illnesses, including life-threatening conditions, and I allege that the documentary and medical chronology shows that these harms developed during the period in which access to medical treatment, social protection and legal remedy was obstructed.

In recent years, this pattern allegedly continued through repeated street attacks, group pressure and physical assaults. In several cases, perpetrators were allegedly identified, detained or placed under police control, but later released or declared “not found” because they allegedly had no German registration. In one incident, according to my evidence, a perpetrator attacked me in front of police after several emergency calls; he was handcuffed, but later released after three diplomat-like persons arrived and spoke with the police. I state that video evidence and official complaint references exist for this incident. These events must be investigated as part of the continuing pattern of non-protection and apparent impunity.

I further state that German parliamentary bodies and authorities had notice of my case over many years. My materials, including documents, CDs/DVDs, USB materials, letters and references to my website/archive, were submitted in connection with parliamentary and petition procedures. The existence of parliamentary file numbers, archive records and closure decisions shows that these matters were not unknown. My allegation is that, despite this notice, the serious violations were not effectively investigated and the pattern continued.

I state clearly that these are my allegations and my responsibility as the applicant. I do not present ChatGPT/OpenAI as a court or witness to the original events. The AI-assisted reports are submitted as structured legal-documentary analysis of my evidence and as a map for independent investigators.

I also wish to state clearly that my complaint is not directed against the German people or the German nation. I do not accuse ordinary German citizens as a people. My allegations concern state-linked, political, judicial, police, medical, administrative and institutional structures and specific responsible officials or actors. In my personal experience, I have not regarded the German population as my enemy, and I do not seek to create injustice against any nation or society. On the contrary, I have met many decent and fair people in German society. My request is for accountability of the responsible structures and persons, not collective blame against the German people.

I ask that the facts be examined, where applicable, under the strongest relevant international legal categories, including:

* Rome Statute Article 7(1)(b) and Article 7(2)(b) - extermination through the intentional infliction of conditions of life calculated to destroy part of a civilian population, including deprivation of access to medicine, social survival, shelter and essential means of life;

* Rome Statute Article 7(1)(k) - other inhumane acts intentionally causing great suffering or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health;

* Genocide Convention Article II(c) - deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about physical destruction, if the required protected-group intent can be established;

* ICCPR Articles 6, 7, 9, 14, 17 and 26;

* UN Convention against Torture;

* CRPD, especially where disability, medical abandonment and denial of equal protection are involved;

* ECHR Articles 2, 3, 6, 8, 13 and 14.

My position is that what happened to me was not a normal legal dispute or ordinary negligence. I allege that, over many years, state-linked and institutional mechanisms acted together like an organised system, reducing me from a living human being into what I describe as a “living dead” person. I have not committed suicide because I want this truth, the documents and the responsibility to be brought before international institutions.

I therefore request urgent, independent and international review of the attached reports and the underlying evidence. I also request that relevant court files, medical files, police files, prosecutor files, parliamentary files, hospital records, archive materials, camera recordings, communications records and website/domain/hosting records be secured and independently examined.

I also state clearly: I do not have an intention to commit suicide. If, after this submission, any harm, disappearance, sudden death or alleged “suicide” is attributed to me, I request that it not be accepted as suicide without an independent international investigation. In such a situation, I hold the responsible German state structures and authorities accountable and request that all relevant files, communications, cameras, medical records, police records, court files, parliamentary files and archive materials be immediately secured.

This submission is being sent from my personal e-mail address and concerns my own life, identity, documents and evidence archive. Because it is transmitted electronically, I may not be able to add a handwritten signature to every copy. I therefore request that the absence of a handwritten signature not be used to disregard or devalue this submission. The content, sender identity, attached materials and personal evidence archive should be treated together as confirmation that this submission is made by me.

This submission does not end my documentation process. These are the materials I have been able to prepare and transmit up to this point. As further reports, evidence files, translations, video materials, court documents and archive materials are organised, I will continue to send additional submissions and copies to competent international bodies, organisations, media and institutions.

Respectfully,

Ismail Rustam

Appendix B - Supplementary Contemporaneous Incident Record (Not a Causal Explanation for Gmail Sent Non-Visibility)

Recipient-address field malfunction, copy-block re-entry, and sudden draft disappearance/recovery during the same 13 June 2026 e-mail preparation and transmission process

Purpose and relationship to Report No. 07

This Appendix is added at the express request of Ismail Rustam after the original text of Report No. 07. It is not intended to replace, weaken or change the main subject of Report No. 07: the non-visibility/non-retrieval of the original long 13 June 2026 Gmail Sent item despite recipient-side reply traces and later visible correction e-mails. It is also not presented as the cause of that later Gmail Sent non-visibility. Instead, it preserves a separate but contemporaneous technical irregularity that reportedly occurred while the same urgent international submission was being prepared for sending.

The purpose of this Appendix is therefore limited and precise: to record that, during the same early-morning e-mail preparation/transmission process, an additional abnormal incident was reported and discussed in ChatGPT-assisted work - namely, the sudden disappearance/minimisation of an already prepared Gmail draft while the applicant was only re-entering recipient addresses.

B.1 Available ChatGPT context and limits of confirmation

During the later ChatGPT-assisted review on 21 June 2026, the assistant was able to identify contextual traces consistent with an early-morning 13 June 2026 conversation concerning the recipient lists labelled EMAIL 1)-12.06.26 and EMAIL 2)-12.06.26, duplicate-address handling, cleaned/categorised recipient lists, and title/subject preparation for the urgent international submission. The assistant identified an approximate relevant time window around 04:54-05:01 UTC, corresponding to approximately 06:54-07:01 CEST/Berlin time, but could not determine the exact ChatGPT conversation-window title from the available history/interface evidence.

This Appendix therefore records the incident on the basis of two categories: (a) the applicant's detailed witness explanation of the Gmail/iPhone event; and (b) the available ChatGPT-assisted contextual record indicating that the relevant recipient-list/deduplication/copy-block work occurred in the 13 June 2026 early-morning e-mail preparation chain. ChatGPT cannot, from the present material alone, forensically certify the internal Gmail/iOS cause of the draft disappearance, nor can it replace server-side, device-side or forensic examination.

B.2 Reconstructed sequence of the recipient-address problem

The main e-mail body, subject line, selected attachments and prepared submission materials were already complete and ready for sending. The issue did not concern deletion or editing of the body text or attachments.

The problem arose in the recipient-address field. Several recipient addresses appeared more than once. The applicant states that he took screenshots of the recipient-address field and provided them to ChatGPT. ChatGPT then identified duplicate recipient addresses from the screenshots and advised that the extra duplicate entries should be removed.

The applicant attempted to remove only the duplicated recipient-address entries. According to his explanation, the duplicate addresses could not be removed normally despite following the interface steps discussed with ChatGPT.

Because the duplicate recipient entries could not be removed cleanly, the applicant removed the recipient-address list and requested that ChatGPT provide a cleaned recipient list without duplicates.

ChatGPT then provided the cleaned recipient addresses in a copyable form, including category-based blocks for international/human-rights organisations, media/press contacts, parliaments, embassies and related institutional contacts. The applicant recalls that parliamentary and press-related addresses, including Azerbaijan- and Turkey-related parliamentary contacts, were included in that preparation chain.

The applicant then began re-entering the cleaned recipient addresses one by one into the Gmail addressee field, using ChatGPT copy blocks/buttons and pasting them into the recipient field. According to the applicant, he was not touching or editing the e-mail body, subject line or attachments at this stage.

According to the applicant, after approximately the 14th to 17th recipient address had been re-entered, the entire prepared Gmail draft suddenly disappeared from the visible screen, together with the prepared body, subject, attachments and already re-entered recipient addresses.

The applicant states that he had not intentionally closed, deleted, minimised or discarded the draft and had not pressed any destructive control. He interpreted the sudden disappearance as abnormal because the only active operation at that moment was copying/pasting recipient addresses into the addressee field.

B.3 Distress reaction and ChatGPT-assisted recovery

The applicant reported an acute distress reaction when the prepared draft disappeared, because he had spent many hours preparing the urgent e-mail text, title and attachments and was already in the final recipient-address stage. In the ChatGPT-assisted interaction, the applicant expressed that the disappearance appeared to have destroyed the entire prepared sending work.

According to the applicant, ChatGPT advised him not to assume immediately that the draft had been permanently deleted, to preserve screenshots, and to check whether the draft had been hidden, minimised or moved within the Gmail/iOS interface. Following this guidance, the draft was reportedly located again and brought back into view. The applicant emphasises that the recovery showed the draft had not simply been intentionally deleted by him; it had apparently become hidden/minimised or moved out of view without his conscious action.

B.4 Technical-legal significance

This Appendix should not be read as stating that the applicant deleted the e-mail body, removed the attachments, or mistakenly erased the prepared submission. The recorded issue is different: the prepared draft reportedly disappeared while the applicant was only re-entering recipient addresses after duplicate addresses had been detected and cleaned in ChatGPT-assisted work.

The incident is relevant because it occurred during preparation and sending of an urgent international human-rights submission, in the same overall chain later examined in Report No. 07. It is an additional contemporaneous technical irregularity requiring preservation of screenshots, conversation records and device/mail logs. However, it remains analytically separate from the main finding of Report No. 07 concerning the later non-visibility of the original long Gmail Sent item. No causal conclusion should be drawn without independent technical verification.

The applicant interprets the event as an external-interference-like anomaly because the draft disappeared without an intentional deletion or closing action while he was only pasting recipient addresses. This report records that interpretation as the applicant's position, while also recording that the precise technical cause - ordinary UI minimisation, Gmail/iOS state change, synchronisation issue, app refresh, user-interface bug, account/server behaviour, or another cause - cannot be conclusively determined without forensic review.

B.5 Preservation and verification steps specific to this incident

Preserve all screenshots showing duplicate recipient addresses in the Gmail addressee field.

Preserve the ChatGPT conversation screenshots in which duplicate addresses were identified, cleaned recipient lists were provided, and individual/copyable address blocks were used.

Preserve any screenshots or video showing the draft disappearance, minimised/hidden draft indicators, and the subsequent recovery of the draft.

Preserve Gmail Drafts, Sent, All Mail, Trash, Spam and account activity for 12-13 June 2026, together with Apple Mail/iCloud Mail state if involved.

Preserve iPhone/iOS screen recordings, app-state evidence, Gmail app activity, network logs and available device diagnostics for the relevant time window.

Request independent review to determine whether the disappearance was caused by ordinary Gmail/iOS interface behaviour, synchronisation/app refresh, draft minimisation, account/server behaviour, or another technical cause.

B.6 Limited supplementary finding

The limited supplementary finding is that, in addition to the main Gmail Sent non-visibility anomaly examined in Report No. 07, a separate contemporaneous draft-interface anomaly was reported in the same 13 June 2026 early-morning e-mail preparation chain. The available ChatGPT context supports that recipient-list cleaning/copy-block work was part of that chain, while the applicant's detailed witness statement describes the sudden disappearance and later recovery of the prepared Gmail draft during recipient-address entry. The exact technical cause remains open and requires independent preservation and forensic verification.

To:

The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights;

United Nations human rights mechanisms, including mechanisms concerning torture, arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance, disability rights and the right to life;

International and regional human-rights organisations;

European human-rights institutions and organisations;

Parliaments, embassies, diplomatic missions and competent state authorities worldwide;

International media organisations, journalists and public-interest investigators;

* Rome Statute Article 7(1)(b) and Article 7(2)(b) - extermination through the intentional infliction of conditions of life calculated to destroy part of a civilian population, including deprivation of access to medicine, social survival, shelter and essential means of life;

* Rome Statute Article 7(1)(k) - other inhumane acts intentionally causing great suffering or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health;

* Genocide Convention Article II(c) - deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about physical destruction, if the required protected-group intent can be established;

* ICCPR Articles 6, 7, 9, 14, 17 and 26;

* UN Convention against Torture;

* CRPD, especially where disability, medical abandonment and denial of equal protection are involved;

* ECHR Articles 2, 3, 6, 8, 13 and 14.
