Incident 4: Attack on November 13, 2024, on Hermannstrasse (Case ID 241113-1810-131001) Early in the morning on November 12 and 13, 2024, I contacted my attorney, who was responsible for these two incidents, by phone. I filed an appeal and requested that the case be brought to court as soon as possible. On November 13, 2024, that same evening, I was attacked by an unknown person on Hermannstrasse for no apparent reason (under surveillance cameras). I immediately called the police. About five minutes passed before the train arrived, and in the last two minutes, I called the police again. While I was on the phone with the police, the person attacked me again (under surveillance cameras). The perpetrator eventually boarded a subway. I also boarded the train and called the police a third time. Despite my information about his whereabouts, the police told me over the phone that they "couldn't do anything" because the perpetrator was already on the train. The perpetrator got off at the Hermannplatz subway station, and I followed him while I reported the incident to the police again. During my call, he attacked me again, hitting me and choking me, again under surveillance cameras. He then went upstairs and left. As I continued to talk to the police, the police asked me what had happened. I explained that the perpetrator had already left and that I would file a complaint against the police for allowing the perpetrator to escape. I waited until the police arrived to file my complaint against them. Shortly afterward, the perpetrator returned and hit me again, hitting my head. A German witness then called the police, and other people also filmed the incident. The police arrived and arrested the perpetrator, and you took a witness statement and recorded a video from the witness's phone. Surprisingly, the uninjured perpetrator received medical treatment, while my injuries were ignored. I wanted to file a report, but the police didn't take my complaint seriously. Shortly afterward, I received a letter from the police stating that they hadn't been able to locate the perpetrators. On May 16, 2025, I asked the police officer in writing: "In my opinion, they violated their duty because, despite the fact that the accused, Jawhar Schaher, had a residence and registered address, they simply let him go free, even though it was known that he had beaten me, and the police officers themselves saw this when they arrived at the Hermanplatz subway entrance. The police should have arrested the accused or at least subjected him to an identity check so that he could be punished. The police officers, POK Wnuk-Lipinski, POMin Kachlik, and PM Schadendorf, POM Yaman, acted unlawfully. They knew that after being released, the accused could flee and could no longer be brought to court. To date, I have received no response. Afterward, they spread nonsense on the internet, after which everyone turned against me. I was discriminated against from all sides and thus became a victim again. Unknown people threaten me with murder if I take legal action against the police officers. After these incidents, I regularly have nightmares that significantly disrupt my sleep. Because of this, I have difficulty getting enough sleep. I am currently taking sleeping pills to get at least some sleep. Conclusion and demands: These incidents demonstrate shocking negligence and incompetence on the part of the German police. Their inaction and ignoring of my reports repeatedly put me in danger. I feel threatened and am convinced that further attacks could follow as long as the police do not act.
