This folder contains official correspondence dated 27 and 28 August 2025 from the Office of the Federal Prosecutor General at the Federal Court of Justice of Germany (BGH), reference AR 1311/25. I contacted this federal authority concerning serious criminal offences committed against me and my complaints about the failure of police and prosecutorial authorities to take effective action. On 27 August 2025, the Federal Prosecutor General’s Office declined to intervene, citing a lack of jurisdiction. On 28 August 2025, the authority further stated that it would not respond to additional correspondence concerning the same matter and that further emails would no longer be considered. These documents record my attempts to obtain federal intervention and the authorities’ refusal to take further action on my complaints.
