📂 Formal Serious Complaint — Repeated Violent Attacks, Alleged Police and Prosecutorial Failures, Missing Evidence and Medical Neglect (2019–2026)

This folder contains my extensive formal complaint concerning repeated physical attacks, alleged failures by German police and prosecutorial authorities to conduct effective investigations, disputed handling of suspects, missing or inaccessible evidence, and serious medical and dental treatment concerns. The complaint focuses particularly on the attacks of 13 November 2024 at Hermannstraße and Hermannplatz, while also documenting incidents from 2023 and related legal and medical proceedings through 2026. It includes detailed accounts of alleged investigative failures, requests for preservation of surveillance footage, emergency-call recordings, witness statements and medical records, and demands for an independent, comprehensive examination of the responsible authorities’ actions and omissions. The allegations are presented as my formal accusations and requests for accountability, not as findings already established by a court.
