📂 European Court of Human Rights (2003–2013) – Case File Summary
This folder contains five applications submitted to the European Court of Human Rights between 2003 and 2013, together with the supporting evidence. The first application was lodged at the end of 2003. It concerns allegations that unlawful actions and omissions by the German authorities and courts caused severe damage to my health, denied me access to necessary medical treatment, left me homeless, violated my fundamental rights, and placed my life at serious risk. The application also raised allegations that serious illnesses, including HIV/AIDS, had not been properly diagnosed or disclosed despite repeated requests for medical examination and legal protection. On 7 January 2004, after exhausting all effective legal remedies available in Germany, I carried out a suicide protest in front of the German Parliament (Bundestag). This protest was widely reported by the media. In May 2006, my HIV/AIDS diagnosis was officially confirmed. On the same date, the European Court of Human Rights declared my first application inadmissible under Article 34 and 35 of the Convention. I understood this decision as requiring me to continue seeking remedies within Germany despite my allegations that those remedies had already failed. This folder also contains documents and evidence relating to the events surrounding that decision. Between 2003 and 2013, I submitted four additional applications concerning the continuation of the same alleged human rights violations, including psychiatric detention, physical assaults, degrading treatment, denial of effective legal protection, and continuing damage to my health. Those applications were declared inadmissible under Article 34 and 35 of the Convention. This folder contains the applications, supporting evidence, court documents, medical records, media reports, and other relevant materials relating to these five cases before the European Court of Human Rights.
