📂 Criminal Complaint and Evidence of Continuing Institutional Cover-Up – Berlin Police, Kammergericht, Generalstaatsanwaltschaft and Staatsanwaltschaft – Institutional Silence and Lack of Substantive Response from 19 December 2025 to 20 September 2026
The documents demonstrate a continuous chain of procedural irregularities and institutional inaction beginning with my criminal complaint registered by Berlin Police (LKA 121) on 19 December 2025 under reference 251219-1346-467062. In my subsequent written submissions, I documented that two different versions of the complaint were presented during the police interview, that I was given only the shortened version, and that I was required to sign a blank document without receiving a copy or being permitted to photograph it. I also documented that extensive evidence—including WhatsApp communications, treatment videos and photographs, and proof of approximately EUR 11,000 in payments—was available, while the promised subsequent evidence-taking did not occur. I subsequently brought the matter before the Kammergericht Berlin, expressly identifying the police reference number and describing the evidence and alleged procedural failures. Nevertheless, the Staatsanwaltschaft later stated that it could not identify the corresponding criminal investigation and requested information identifying the proceeding. The Generalstaatsanwaltschaft registered my complaint under 121 Zs 139/26, while the Kammergericht informed me under 6 Ws 11/26 that, according to information received from the Generalstaatsanwaltschaft, no corresponding investigation was yet pending with the Staatsanwaltschaft and that the matter remained with the police. On 23/25 March 2026, I formally confronted these contradictions in a detailed written statement transmitted to the Staatsanwaltschaft, Generalstaatsanwaltschaft and Kammergericht. I specifically requested clarification concerning the blank document I had signed, the different versions of the criminal complaint, the treatment of the matter as involving an “unknown person” despite the identifying information previously supplied, the failure to secure the available evidence, and the investigations actually undertaken. According to my records, no substantive response, summons, hearing, further evidence-taking or reasoned decision has been communicated to me since then. In my assessment, this documented sequence—particularly the failure to secure the offered evidence, the conflicting handling of an identifiable proceeding between the police, Staatsanwaltschaft, Generalstaatsanwaltschaft and Kammergericht, followed by the absence of any substantive response after my detailed objections—constitutes strong evidence of an effective institutional cover-up or suppression of the complaint. If a decision or other procedural determination has meanwhile been made internally but has not been served on me, its non-disclosure would additionally prevent me from knowing that decision and from exercising any available right of challenge against it.
