📂 Photographic, Video, Audio and WhatsApp Evidence – Photographs Partly Submitted to the Kammergericht and Additional Evidence Not Collected by the Police or Public Prosecutor’s Office as of 20 September 2026

This folder contains photographic, video, audio and WhatsApp evidence relating to the medical treatment, implant procedures, payments, communications with the treating persons, the subsequent deterioration of my dental condition, and the circumstances forming part of my criminal complaint of 19 December 2025. The folder contains a substantial number of photographs documenting the relevant treatment, dental condition, implants, injuries, complications and subsequent developments. A certain part of these photographs was already submitted by me to the Kammergericht Berlin in connection with Case No. 6 Ws 11/26. The photographs contained in this folder are, however, substantially more extensive, and I do not claim that every photograph contained here was submitted to the Kammergericht. Only a certain part of this photographic collection was submitted to the Court. Because the materials submitted to the Kammergericht were subsequently transmitted within the prosecutorial proceedings, the relevant authorities, including the Generalstaatsanwaltschaft Berlin and the Staatsanwaltschaft Berlin, were placed in possession of, or made aware of, those materials. However, significant additional evidence remained in my possession and, as of 20 September 2026, had still not been formally collected from me by the police or the public prosecutor’s office. Complete WhatsApp Evidence Preserved in Video Form Of particular importance are two comprehensive video-evidence recordings concerning my communications with: Dr. Dima, and Yevsey Ananiyev, the surgeon who placed the dental implants. These recordings are not merely screenshots or isolated extracts from WhatsApp conversations. They were created in a manner designed to preserve the conversations together with their context and the multimedia material contained within them. Using two devices, I recorded the WhatsApp conversations in sequence. The written conversation is shown progressively on the screen. Whenever a video contained within the WhatsApp conversation is reached, that video is opened and played through to its end. The recording then returns to the WhatsApp conversation and continues further. Whenever an audio or voice message is reached, it is likewise opened and played so that its contents can be heard. The conversation then continues to the next messages and materials. Consequently, the resulting recordings contain, in their chronological conversational context, the written WhatsApp messages, my messages and responses, the other parties’ responses, voice recordings, audio messages, videos transmitted through WhatsApp, and the responses associated with those materials. A person reviewing these recordings can therefore examine the communications in a manner comparable to directly reviewing the WhatsApp conversation itself: the written exchanges can be followed in sequence, the voice messages can be heard, and the videos contained within the conversations can be opened and viewed through to their end. These materials are important because they preserve not merely individual screenshots, but the relationship between the different forms of evidence — written communications, audio communications and video material — within the sequence in which they appear in the WhatsApp conversations. Evidence Concerning the Implant Payments The evidence also concerns the financial arrangements surrounding the implants. According to the communications and payment information preserved by me, the agreed arrangement concerned 10 implants at EUR 1,000 per implant, totalling EUR 10,000. The WhatsApp evidence includes the communication concerning the payment in which I stated that I had paid a further EUR 2,800, bringing the amount paid at that stage to EUR 6,000, with EUR 4,000 remaining. This communication is significant because it documents the payment structure in the context of the agreed implant treatment rather than as an isolated assertion made after the events. I subsequently paid for an additional implant, bringing the total amount that I state I paid in connection with the implants to EUR 11,000. The question of payment is also connected to my repeated request for documentation or a receipt confirming the money I had paid. The preserved WhatsApp/audio material includes communications in which I request documentation concerning the EUR 11,000 and am asked to come and discuss the matter in person. There were also relevant in-person conversations that are not themselves fully captured in the WhatsApp, audio or video recordings. I recall, among other matters, an in-person discussion after I was asked to come and speak with them, during which the question of issuing documentation for the EUR 11,000 was discussed. My recollection is that I was told that issuing documentation for that amount would require an additional payment connected with tax or related costs. I distinguish this recollection from the recorded evidence: I do not claim that this entire in-person conversation is contained in the WhatsApp, audio or video recordings. The recorded communications can establish what was actually said in those recordings, including the request that I come to discuss the matter, while the circumstances and content of the subsequent in-person conversation would require my detailed witness statement and, where appropriate, questioning of and confrontation with the other persons involved. Evidence Still Not Collected and Detailed Statement Still Not Taken This distinction is particularly important because, despite the existence of this evidence, I have not been comprehensively questioned about the full factual sequence of these events. My written submissions describe important aspects of the matter, but they do not replace a detailed investigative interview in which I can explain chronologically where particular events occurred, who was present, what was said during unrecorded face-to-face conversations, how particular WhatsApp messages relate to subsequent meetings, how the payments were made, and how the documentary, photographic, audio and video evidence relates to each stage of the treatment. My Stellungnahme of 23 March 2026 had already expressly asked why the WhatsApp evidence, videos and evidence concerning the EUR 11,000 payment had not been secured or requested, and stated that the evidence remained available for submission. scan_20260623134701-151808.pdf Nevertheless, as of 20 September 2026, the complete video records described above had still not been formally collected from me by the police or public prosecutor’s office, and I had not been given the comprehensive evidentiary interview necessary to explain the full factual background and the relationship between the different items of evidence. This is particularly relevant to the investigative duties arising under § 160 StPO, because the existence of potentially relevant communications, voice recordings, videos, photographs and payment evidence had been brought to the authorities’ attention. My 23 March 2026 submission expressly referred to § 160 StPO and requested a proper investigation of the available evidence. scan_20260623134701-151808.pdf Some relevant facts are deliberately not set out in full in this folder description. I retain additional factual information that can be provided in a formal investigative interview and assessed together with the documentary, photographic, audio, video and WhatsApp evidence. I do not present those unrecorded matters here as independently established facts. Accordingly, this folder serves both as an evidentiary archive and as a record of evidence that remained available for investigation. A certain part of the photographic material had already been submitted to the Kammergericht, whereas the collection contained here is substantially broader. In particular, the comprehensive video records preserving the WhatsApp communications with Dr. Dima and implant surgeon Yevsey Ananiyev — including the written conversations, voice and audio recordings, embedded videos and associated responses — remained in my possession and, as of 20 September 2026, had not been formally collected from me by the investigating authorities. The full evidentiary significance of these materials can only be assessed together with a detailed statement from me concerning the chronology, the recorded and unrecorded meetings and conversations, the implant treatment, the payments, and the circumstances connecting the individual pieces of evidence.
