Charité Hospital, Doctors, Medical Expert Examination and Medication Supply – Video, Documentary and E-Mail Evidence of Obstruction of Medical Care and Coordinated Institutional Cover-Up This folder contains original video recordings, medical documents, e-mails, formal complaints and responses to those complaints documenting the obstacles I encountered in my attempts to obtain medical care, undergo an independent medical and dental expert examination, obtain necessary medical referrals, and receive medication prescribed by doctors. The folder contains video material concerning incidents that occurred at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and the Charité dental clinic. This includes video recordings documenting the obstacles I encountered when seeking medical assistance at Charité while in a serious state of health. One particularly important body of evidence consists of video material concerning my attempt on 27 January 2026 to obtain an independent expert examination at the Charité dental clinic at my own expense. I had informed the clinic in advance of the purpose of my visit, completed the registration procedure and waited for approximately three hours. I was then called into the doctor’s room, but was informed that the expert examination I had requested would not be carried out, and security personnel were called to remove me from the clinic. The preserved video material also contains an important passage contradicting subsequent statements that I had allegedly caused an argument or disturbance: a security employee confirms that I had not been fighting and had remained calm, and that security had been called to remove me. This video is preserved in this folder as direct evidentiary material concerning that incident. The folder also contains my formal objection sent to Dr. Uwe-Michael Bänsch on 13 January 2026. The letter concerns his refusal to issue me a referral to the Charité oral and maxillofacial/dental clinic for an independent clinical expert examination and preservation of evidence. The letter expressly states that what I was requesting was not the continuation of ordinary dental treatment, but an independent medico-legal examination of possible treatment errors and risks to my health. 13.01.26-Dr. Michael Bänsch.pdf. My complaint dated 18 December 2025 documents that I presented the prescription and paid the required co-payment on 18 November 2025. Two medications were dispensed immediately, while delivery was promised for Amitriptylin Micro Labs 22.1 mg and Sirdalud 4 mg N3. It is documented that I received no information about the delay until 5 December 2025, when I was informed that Amitriptylin had arrived but Sirdalud had not been supplied. 18.12.25 Aptek.pdf My formal submissions concerning this matter to the Apothekerkammer Berlin and LAGeSo, together with the pharmacy receipt, the notation concerning the medication that was not supplied and other documents, are also contained in this folder. That document records long-standing dental problems, delays in or absence of treatment, the progressive destruction of teeth, severe loss of chewing function, pain, inflammation and infection in the oral cavity, and their effects on my health. 20.12.2025 Zehne.pdf. Some of this material was previously published on my UN.HUMAN.ORG YouTube channel. In a screenshot dated 20 September 2026, Charité-related videos numbered 2, 4 and 6 are visible on the channel, while videos numbered 1, 3 and 5 are not visible in the displayed channel listing. I retain my own copies of those videos and place them in this evidence folder. The material in this folder is not presented merely as evidence concerning dental treatment or an isolated incident at Charité. It forms part of a broader evidentiary picture together with events documented in other evidence folders. Those other materials include evidence separately preserved concerning repeated physical assaults and beatings that I report having suffered in public places; mass pressure and attacks that I report were directed against me through large numbers of people; injuries to my body and health; the release of persons suspected of committing crimes; criminal cases that were not investigated or were closed at police and prosecutorial level; and the actions and omissions of courts, expert institutions, medical institutions and other state bodies. This broader context also extends over approximately 28 years and is documented elsewhere in my archive and on my website, rather than by the documents contained in this folder alone. It includes my documented allegations concerning illnesses that remained undisclosed and consequently untreated for many years—including tuberculosis, whose traces I state were identified only many years later, and meningitis and chronic sinusitis—as well as repeated failures of treatment; numerous other alleged crimes and their alleged concealment by law-enforcement authorities; and matters that I state were known and discussed at Bundestag level over a period of years. In my overall archive, I further document my allegation that, despite extensive institutional knowledge of these events, those responsible for acts against me were not held accountable, while persons who assisted me faced adverse consequences, leaving me in the position of an institutionalised victim. These wider matters are documented separately, including through the legal-analysis reports and other evidence published on my website, and are referenced here only to place the present folder within the overall evidentiary chronology. When these different groups of evidence are considered together within the complete chronology, I present them not as independent and unrelated coincidences, but as an overall pattern of recurring and mutually reinforcing actions and omissions across different state and institutional structures. The overall body of evidence I present shows this process as a coordinated institutional process directed toward the physical destruction of a human being and the destruction of life through harm to my health and physical integrity, obstruction of medical care and independent expert examination, failure to effectively investigate crimes committed against me, and the concealment of their consequences.
