CHARITÉ DENTAL CLINIC — VIDEO EVIDENCE This folder contains four video recordings relating to the events that occurred during my attempt to obtain a dental examination and expert assessment at the Charité dental clinic at my own expense. The videos relate to the circumstances in which my request was initially accepted by the clinic, I was registered, and I was given a queue number. I had informed the clinic that I wished to pay for the examination and expert assessment myself. Nevertheless, I was told that my AOK health-insurance card had to be entered into the system for registration purposes. After my AOK card was entered into the system, I waited at the clinic for approximately three hours. Ultimately, however, no medical examination was carried out. Security personnel were called, and I was removed from the clinic. The videos contained in this folder document the course of the events that took place that day and constitute video evidence supporting my account of my unsuccessful attempt to obtain a medical examination and expert assessment at the Charité dental clinic at my own expense. A particularly significant aspect of the incident is that my request was initially accepted and registered, but after my AOK card had been entered into the system and after a lengthy waiting period, no examination took place and the situation ended with security personnel being called. These videos are therefore presented as documentation of the acceptance of my request, the waiting process, the failure of the examination to take place, and my subsequent removal from the clinic. This incident forms part of my long-standing dental-treatment problem. The fact that my ability to chew and eat normally has not been restored for five years, together with my other serious illnesses, including HIV/AIDS and the suspicion of Kaposi sarcoma reported in 2019, makes the continuing failure to obtain dental treatment particularly significant for my overall health. These four videos are presented as visual documentation of the incident and as evidentiary material for any subsequent legal, medical, or administrative assessment of what occurred at the Charité dental clinic that day.
