📂 Historical Archive — Earlier Court Proceedings, Alleged Judicial Injustice and the 2004 Life-Threatening Crisis (1998–2012)

This historical archive contains court decisions, official correspondence, legal complaints and documentary evidence concerning my earlier experiences with German judicial and state authorities. The documents record my allegations of serious judicial injustice, repeated failures to protect my rights and the severe consequences of prolonged legal proceedings, including the life-threatening crisis and publicly reported suicide attempt outside the German Bundestag on 7 January 2004. I include this archive alongside my formal objection to the Berlin Public Prosecutor dated 28 April 2026 to demonstrate the historical background of my complaint: that renewed criminal sanctions, enforcement measures and threats of imprisonment must be assessed in light of the serious consequences of earlier proceedings. The archive is presented as historical evidence supporting my demand for a complete examination of the present case and the prevention of further harm.
