📂 Criminal Prosecution of a Severely Disabled Person (GdB 100) — Public Transport Fines, Threats of Imprisonment and Human Rights Complaints (2018–2026)

This folder contains court decisions, prosecution documents, enforcement notices, disability records, formal objections and international human rights legal analyses covering the period 2018–2026. The documents concern criminal proceedings and financial penalties imposed on me in Germany for using public transport without a valid ticket, despite my officially recognised severe disability (GdB 100). They include a €225 penalty relating to incidents in 2018–2019, a Berlin Regional Court decision from 2020, subsequent criminal proceedings in 2024, enforcement demands in 2025 and warnings of possible imprisonment. My formal objection of 28 April 2026 challenges these measures, alleging that the authorities failed to adequately consider my disability, medical circumstances, previous court proceedings and applications for public transport concessions. The archive also includes historical court documents and legal analyses concerning disability discrimination, proportionality, access to justice, effective legal remedies and Germany’s obligations under international human rights law. These materials document my continuing efforts to challenge the sanctions, prevent imprisonment and obtain a full legal review of the authorities’ decisions.
