📂 2024–2026 — Berlin Criminal Proceedings, Public Transport Penalties, Disability GdB 100 and Enforcement Complaints

This folder contains documents relating to the criminal proceedings before Amtsgericht Tiergarten on 24 September 2024, case numbers 254 Cs 1048/24 and 3034 Js 3591/24, concerning public transport without a valid ticket. It includes the court judgment, prosecution correspondence, enforcement demands issued in 2025, threats of possible imprisonment, my formal objection dated 28 April 2026 and supporting documents concerning my officially recognised severe disability (GdB 100). My complaint challenges the failure to fully examine my disability, the longstanding disputes over public transport concessions and the proportionality of the criminal sanctions and enforcement measures.
